St. Petersburg, FL August 31, 1998 "Please be advised that The Daily Group, Inc. recently completed a $188,000 painting project at Village Lake Condominiums consisting of 29 two-story condominium buildings ranging from 4 to 20 units per building and two clubhouses. Most buildings included wooden trellises and stockade privacy fences. Although taking a little longer than initially anticipated, the quality of the work was exceptional. The application of sealer and paint exceeded specifications as written by M.A.B. Paints & Coatings on all buildings. The crews were pleasant and courteous to the residents and on many, many occasions went out of their way to comply with individual resident requests. The area was cleaned up and put away every evening before the crews left the property. There were very few incidents of overspray or paint on residents' personal property and on those few occasions the problems were corrected immediately and without hesitation. For such a large project, things went very, very smoothly. I had very few complaints, and actually had many calls from residents just to tell me how pleased they were with the job being done and the men doing the job.
